  • ASSETS

Build your Organisation and Asset Portfolio

Build your organisational and asset structures according to how you want to report, not availability of data. Group like types of asset to enable meaningful comparison.

    Configure Reference Data

Identify relevant contextual data that provides insight to the asset. This may include ‘identifiers’ to tag an asset (eg Office) to quantitative data (eg m2).

    Setup Indicators and Metrics

Create indicators and link to assets to enable relevant benchmarking and meaningful interpretation of data.

  • ACTIVITES

    Create an Activity List

Apply standard activities to report against. Create new activities upon which you would like to record data for an asset.

    Configure Calculation Methods

Assign industry standard conversion calculations to your activity data. Configure new or organisation specific calculations.

Link Relevant Activities to Your Asset Portfolio

Apply a relevant activity set to different levels or types of assets to ensure completeness and efficiency.

  • DISTRIBUTE

    Apportion Data

Use reference data or business rules to distribute activity data received by an asset to ‘child’ assets in a hierarchy.

    Aggregate Data

Consolidate data for an activity received by an asset to its parent asset.

    Allocate data

Data received by an asset can be allocated to multiple organisational hierarchies to enable reporting at various operational or logical levels.

  • SCALABILITY

    Unlimited Hierarchy Levels

Build as many levels into your organisational hierarchy as needed. Asset hierarchies can be made as detailed as desired to support current and future analysis and reporting.

    Accommodate Enterprise Expansion

Use tenancy management to maintain hard operational boundaries within an organisation. Apply date sensitivity to organisational hierarchies to enable appropriate historical reporting.
